Tides Kitchen

Probably our personal favourite for that really special meal or lunch. The restaurant specialises in fish and of course it has plenty of fresh options every day. Steaks are also served and are of the highest quality along with vegetables - everything is locally sourced. Artisan sour dough breads, freshly baked tarts and other goodies are on offer.

Variety of dining areas to suit any occasion, relaxed restaurant, cosy bar and spacious garden for alfresco in the summer. Renowned for great local food with a varied menu to suit all tastes.

Open early for a good Welsh breakfast with simple home made fayre and a great selection of cakes.

Specialises in fresh stone baked pizza to eat in or takeaway. Great coffee and breakfast in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Nestling on the coastal path a pebbles throw from Pwllgwaelod beach, this is a true gem serving excellent Welsh dishes and specialising in fresh seafood using local produce. Also a bar, grill and coffee.

Situated on the outskirts of Newport towards Nevern, deceivingly small from the outside is full of home made and home grown delights. With quote "cakes to die for"!
The Sloop Inn
Porthgain
Dating back to 1743, this atmospheric mariners inn, situated in the quaint harbour village is well worth a visit. It has a fantastic and varied menu and is a great location if you have just enjoyed the cliff walk from Abereiddy.
If you like the freshest fish - salmon, crab, lobster, prawns, oysters, mackerel or homemade soup and sandwiches, then this is the place for you. Situated on the river Teifi with a large car park nearby, this restaurant is a great place to go to for a wonderful seafood lunch. Definitely one of our favourites
