Seagulls Rest sleeps up to 6 people having a master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite toilet, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. It also has a well appointed spacious shower room with wash basin and toilet. The kitchen has dining table/chairs and is fully equipped with everything required to cater for the family. The lounge is spacious and comfy with views out towards the sea. It also has 2 decking areas to the front and rear which is a particular sun trap in the afternoon and comes with outside furniture.

Seagulls Rest at Dinas Country Club is located centrally to access 4 beaches - Pwllgwaleod; Cwm-yr-Eglwys; Aberfforest and Newport Beach/The Parrog.
Pwllgwaelod
Just a 15 minute walk from Dinas Country Club, a delightful beach cove with the Old Sailors an excellent restaurant/pub and serving great coffee overlooking the sea.
The Parrog - Newport
Seven minutes by car and you are at the focal point of all beaches in the area - The Parrog which combines with Newport beach. It has a small but delightful cafe and beach shop - Caffi Mawr just off Newport beach, Cat Rock Cafe sited up the hill at Newport Golf Club and also Morawelon - the cafe/restaurant and bar on The Parrog near to the Newport Boat Club.
Cwm yr Eglwys
Our favourite beach less than a 15 minute walk from Seagulls Rest. Great for swimming and safe for the children as it nestles into the cove.
The Lounge
A spacious area with plenty of comfy sofa's and a pull-out double bed if required. A flat screen TV, central heating radiator and gas fire with views out to the sea.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped with fully functional gas oven, microwave, spacious fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, 4 piece toaster, cutlery, plates and pots/pans to enable a family meal to be created without difficulty. Dining table and chairs plus central heating radiator.
The Master Bedroom
With a king-size bed and well appointed en-suite toilet. Storage cupboards and wardrobes and a central heating radiator.
The Second Bedroom
With 2 single beds and wardrobe/cupboard space for clothing.

Bedlinen and towels
Pillows, duvets and all bedlinen will be provided along with 1 x Bath Towel, 1 x Hand Towel per guest. In addition 2 x Tea Towels will be provided.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 x singles in the second bedroom - these beds will be fitted with protective mattress covers. There is also a pull-out double bed under the sofa in the lounge if required.
